Our Offer The total fee to include administration/procurement, transportation, processing and storage for the first 20 years of stem cell storage and/or cord tissue is as follows: • CryoCord Service: £1495.00 • CryoCord+ Service: £ 1995.00 The total fee can be broken down as follows: Subscription Fee An initial deposit of £195.00 for enrolment (the "Subscription Fee") is payable before the birth of the child for either of the service requested. Upon receipt by the Subscription Fee, the Service Agreement will be signed and the appropriate Collection Kit will be sent to you. Subscription fee is non-refundable. The Service Fee includes the processing, testing, cryopreservation and storage during the initial storage period of 20 years as follows: • CryoCord Service: A Service Fee of £1300.00 will be invoiced to you after birth and successful storage of cord blood stem cells. • CryoCord+ Service: A Service Fee of £1800.00 will be invoiced to you after birth and successful storage of cord blood stem cell storage and cord tissue. If for one or the other reason the clients want to store only cord tissue or if the cord blood stem cells are not stored because of the technical reasons, the Service Fee for the cord tissue only will be £1300.00. 25% discount on the processing, testing, cryopreservation and storage of the second twin.
Payment Plan Total cost of service: £1545.00, breakdown as follows: Initial Payment of £195.00 (includes the cost of the Cord Blood Collection Kit and Courier) Three Payments of £450.00 every month payable after successful processing (includes the cost of Processing, Testing and 20 years Storage)
Payment Plan Total cost of service: £2045.00, breakdown as follows: Initial Payment of £195.00 (includes the cost of the Cord Blood Collection Kit and Courier) One Payment of £650.00 followed by two payments of £600 each payable after successful processing (includes the cost of Processing, Testing and 20 years Storage) Credit/Debit card payments We invoice our clients according to the classification of the sample received which is as follows: SUCCESSFUL - Samples that fulfil the requirements for successful storage of stem cells.
