Credit/Debit Card Payments:
- Customers' transaction will appear on their card statement as "MC - Cells Ltd 02088618314".
- Strict confidentiality of customers' data is ensured.
- The initial payment of £125 including VAT is non-refundable in accordance with the Cord Blood Storage Agreement. The balance amount of £995 including VAT is invoiced after successful storage of stem cells. In case any customers who have had made full payment upfront, will receive a refund of £995 VAT in case of unsuccessful sample.
- Fees paid after successful storage of stem cells are non-refundable.
- Acknowledgements for receipt of orders and payments will be promptly issued well within 24 hours.

- There are no restriction on exportation since the cord blood sample is declared as "non-restricted item".
