We invoice our clients according to the classification of the sample received which is as follows:

SUCCESSFUL - Samples that fulfil the requirements for successful storage of stem cells. |

Clients will be invoiced for the processing and 20 years storage. |

FAILED - Samples that fail to meet the requirements needed for the successul storage of stem cells. |

Clients will not be invoiced for the processing and 20 years storage and the samples will be destroyed according to health regulations. |

|
BORDERLINE - samples that do not fully meet the expected standard for successful storage of stem cells but could be expanded and made usable at a later stage depending upon the scientific development taking place in the field, i.e. cells expansion technique etc. |

Clients will be given the option to have such samples stored free of charge. Once the technology can enable the lab to upgrade the sample to the required standard the client shall be informed and invoiced for the pending fees. |

Credit/Debit Card Payments:
- Customers' transaction will appear on their card statement as "MC - Cells Ltd 02088618314".
- Strict confidentiality of customers' data is ensured.
- The initial payment of £195 including VAT is non-refundable in accordance with the Cord Blood Storage Agreement. The balance amount of £1100 is invoiced after successful storage of stem cells. In case any customers who have had made full payment upfront, will receive a refund of £1300 in case of unsuccessful sample.
- Fees paid after successful storage of stem cells are non-refundable.
- Acknowledgements for receipt of orders and payments will be promptly issued well within 24 hours.

- There are no restriction on exportation since the cord blood sample is declared as "non-restricted item".
